Cafeteria Information for the 2026-2027 School Year
Bemus Point Central School will continue to operate the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026-27 school year. Schools that participate in the CEP are able to provide a healthy breakfast and lunch each day at no charge for all students enrolled in a CEP school. What does this mean? Each student will be provided with a standard meal – breakfast and lunch - either the daily menu offering or the alternate meal. Additional meals or “a la carte” items such as additional milk, bottled water, chips, etc., will still be available for purchase.
As a result of participating in the Community Eligibility Provision we are eliminating the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. We are requesting that you complete the attached Household Income Eligibility Form to determine eligibility for additional State and Federal program benefits that your child(ren) may qualify for. Most importantly, such data is used for additional state and federal funding for our district. Please complete the form and return it to the main office of the school your child attends. We would like the forms returned by September 18th.
We feel that this program will be a benefit to the students and families in our district. Thank you for your assistance in ensuring that we can bring programs like CEP and others to our district.
To add funds to your student(s) accounts please use MySchoolBucks or send cash and/or checks made payable to Bemus Point CSD with your student to give to the Cafeteria Staff at Breakfast or Lunch.
