Pre-K and Kindergarten Intention Surveys

Please complete the following intention surveys for each child that will be attending Pre-K or Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. These surveys will provide you access to future mailings regarding orientation. If your child is currently registered as a Pre-K student, you do not need to fill out this form. Current Pre-K students are automatically enrolled in the 2024-2025 Kindergarten class. Students who will be turning 4 years old by December 1, 2024 are eligible for Pre-K during the 2024-2025 school year. Students who will be turning 5 years old by December 1, 2024 are eligible for Kindergarten during the 2024-2025 school year.
